The classic Christmas beef roast of a Fore Rib on the bone. Available in both 100% grass fed Dexter and Traditional breeds these are aged to perfection. Up to 5 kilos in weight.
Our 2 🌟🌟 Great Taste award winning Cumberland Sausage is available in thick or thin links pre prepared as ‘pigs in blankets’ with our amazing streaky bacon both from 100% outdoor traditional breed pigs (as seen on @cheftomkerridge BBC program Hospitality S1,E1)
These come in 500g (10-12 pieces and 1 kilo (20-24) packs.
Dry aged grass fed Dexter, rolled sirloin. Up to 4 kilos in weight. These are aged for 26 days and can be cut to the size required. Also available on the bone.
Leg of Herdwick Hogget, boned and rolled these are a great roast during the Christmas Period. Approximately 3 kilos in size.
Full Dexter Fillet £42.00 a kilo (on average 1.3 kilos) soft and buttery as a classic fillet should be this has plenty of beefy flavour.
