Some of our Dexter for sale in Hong Kong’s trailblazing butcher @heritagemeatshk here is some Denver steaks, quite rare to find in UK and a relatively recent development it’s cut from the Chuck further towards the shoulder coming from the rib. On a Dexter with their small meat fibres this is very tender still and very flavourful. #eatrare#heritagemeatshk
