Simple tasty supper on @sizzlegrills fantastic chapa. Some of our grass fed Dexter fillet chain (often minced as very flavourful but lots of sinew) seared whole sliced with on tortillas cooked in the fat and salad, followed by Camembert baked in honey. Using my new bbq fork from @alexpoleironwork it’s a fiddly cut to slice and more enjoyable to eat caveman style.
