Not long now until hospitality opens in earnest and today was a busy day. 3 Dexters (one going to Hong Kong @heritagemeatshk) 4 Highlands and 4 Shorthorns all slaughtered ready for hanging and onward sale to discerning butchers shops, hospitality and wholesale markets nationwide. We also slaughtered 8 pedigree saddleback pigs and a couple of lovely Herdwick lambs.
