Although Patrick @moreartisan and @more_bakery have been customers of ours since 2020, I’ve been a customer of theirs a lot longer. Today we supply them burgers, our High Pike Smokies, charcuterie for their pizzas and meat for their pies. At the festival they will supply us with their award winning sourdough milk roll for our burgers, flat breads and wraps, cakes and appropriately much much More.
Patrick has an amazing palette and gives very honest, totally unvarnished opinions on products we are developing. Honest feedback helps our development, even if it’s not always what you want to hear at the time.
Patrick, and his amazing team produce handmade, artisan treats for some of the Lake District’s finest eateries and everyday foodies who pass through their doors at their Mill Yard Cafe and shop. Patrick is a lynchpin of the Cumbrian food movement and his bakery’s products have won countless awards from Supreme Champion, Golden Forks and multiple 3 star awards at the Great Taste Awards to best speciality bread at the Baking Industry Awards. Patrick also works with consumer organisation Which? as their bread expert.

The Artisan Bakery will be supplying 54ºNORTH with all our baked products from breakfast through to late night snacks and everything in-between including the Taste Awards 3 ⭐️ milk rolls for our prime burgers and their multi award winning Lakeland Treacle Bread with Walnuts and Raisins (try it with cheese).
